Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms cover the OpenNoiser website, app and product licenses. The provider is OpenNoiser, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Our address is 11-17th St. Umm Ramool, Building B-2 Level 1, Room 1983, Commercity, Dubai, UAE. For purchase, product or account questions, contact support@opennoiser.com.

1. Using OpenNoiser

By purchasing or using OpenNoiser, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter into this agreement, or have permission from a person who can do so for you. If you use OpenNoiser for an organisation, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Compatibility and the trial

OpenNoiser requires an Apple Silicon Mac with macOS 14 or later, microphone permission and the OpenNoiser virtual audio driver. Select OpenNoiser as the microphone in your calling or recording app. Results depend on your microphone, environment, routing and other software; use the trial to check your setup.

The free trial lasts 14 days from activation in the app. One trial is available per Mac, with no payment card or email required. It ends automatically and does not create a paid order.

3. Your license

A paid license permits you to use the app for your own personal or business purposes within the purchased term and device allowance. The selected plan and checkout specify those limits and the price. Keep your license key and email sign-in codes private. Do not sell or share a key in a way that exceeds its device allowance.

A lifetime entitlement has no scheduled expiry. It does not promise that every future product, operating system or hardware configuration will be supported. Activation and periodic license refresh require internet access. The purchased term and the current offline-access deadline are separate and are shown in the app.

4. Prices, payment and delivery

Purchases are one-time payments for the selected term. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Review the final amount and the payment provider's currency, network, fees and instructions before sending payment. A payment must be confirmed before the paid entitlement is delivered. Payment providers may apply their own terms.

Your license is available through the account associated with your verified purchase email; purchase notifications are also sent by email. If confirmation or delivery appears delayed, check the order status and contact support with the order reference before paying again. Never send us wallet seed phrases, passwords or full payment credentials.

5. Renewals and devices

To extend an existing license, use Renew in your account. A timed renewal extends from the later of its existing expiry and payment confirmation. The license key and connected devices are preserved. A purchase made outside that renewal flow creates a separate license.

You can manage connected devices in your account. A remotely disconnected device loses access until you restore it or activate an eligible device within the plan limit. Contact support if a device or account has been restricted for a security reason.

6. Our 14-day refund policy

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment. Email support@opennoiser.com from your purchase email address and include the order reference so we can identify the payment. Contact us as well if a payment is incomplete or duplicated, activation fails, or the product does not work as described. Do not send additional funds until you have checked the order status.

This voluntary 14-day policy is additional to any mandatory rights and remedies you have under applicable law; it does not exclude or reduce them.

7. Responsible use

Use the app and website lawfully and respect other people's privacy and recording rights. Do not use them to commit fraud, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass product license or device limits, or gain unauthorised access to another person's account. We may restrict access where necessary to address such misuse or protect account security. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect; any mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

8. Privacy and diagnostics

Voice processing happens on your Mac. Normal processing does not save or upload recordings. The optional voice test records up to 15 seconds in memory for local comparison. Activation, purchases, updates and diagnostics selected by you can involve network requests. The Privacy notice explains the associated records and controls.

9. Updates and third-party components

Updates may fix problems or change functionality. Check release notes and system requirements before installing. Driver installation or an update may restart system audio; finish calls and recordings first. The app includes third-party components subject to their own licenses. Their applicable terms and rights are not replaced by these terms.

10. Availability and consumer rights

Noise suppression cannot guarantee removal of every sound or error-free operation with every calling app or device. Network services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed products.

11. Changes and questions

We will publish revised terms on this page with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively reduce an already purchased license's term or device allowance. If a material change requires consent, it will be requested separately. Contact support to resolve a question or complaint; this does not prevent you from contacting a competent authority or using remedies available under applicable law.
